The warranty period of 12 months will be from the date of sale, which is defined as the date of activation of the warranty. Date of activation is deemed to coincide with the date of the purchase of the cell phone.
In the event of a valid claim under the warranty exists, the cell phone must be returned to the point of purchase for collection by Mobicel. Once collected by Mobicel, the cell phone will be assessed by Mobicel to determine whether the claim falls within the scope of cover provided by the warranty and whether the cell-phone is repairable or requires replacement rests solely with Mobicel
Proof of Purchase (invoice) must be presented
The warranty excludes improper operation of the cell phone to:1) Accidental physical damage, including cosmetic physical damage to cell phone after date of purchase. 2) Water damage after date of purchase. 3) Damage whether evidence of tampering with warranty seals is found. 4) Wear and tear damage. Kindly check that your cell phones are complete and intact before leaving the store Mobicel will not be held responsible. Devices will not be swopped out or booked if external software applications are not compatible with the device.
